REFUND POLICY

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:

Our estimated shipping time is between 8–12 days, not including order processing and handling, which typically takes 1 to 3 days.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, we kindly ask that you allow up to 20 days due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions).
If your product has not arrived after 25 days, you are eligible for a 100% refund, which will be issued immediately.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

If your product arrived damaged, please take clear photos and videos of the issue and email them to our support team at contact@zamanfancy.com.
Once we verify the issue and confirm the case, you will have two options:

• We send you a replacement free of charge

• Or we issue a 100% refund

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE (MANUFACTURING ISSUE):

You have 14 days after receiving your product to report any defects or functionality issues.
If your product becomes faulty during this period, you may return it to us at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund in store credit so you can reorder a new item.

CHANGE OF MIND:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it if you change your mind.
To begin the return process, contact us at contact@zamanfancy.com, and we will provide the return address.
Please note:

• Items must be unused, not washed, and in their original packaging

• We do not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

EXCHANGE:

If you'd like to exchange a product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request this.
Items must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

• Returned at your expense

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED:

If you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 14 days.
Return the item at your expense, and we will issue a 100% refund upon receipt and confirmation.
