CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

DO YOU PROVIDE AN INVOICE?

Yes, we do.
Once your payment has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your email automatically.


HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes, absolutely.
We can ship your order to a different address than your billing address.
Make sure to enter the recipient's address at checkout.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours.
Use this number to track your shipment online via the courier’s website.


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please note: It may take 1–2 business days for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system.
